Many of our patients are people who had dental fears and neglect. We helped them overcome their apprehension and enjoy the results of a healthy mouth and beautiful smiles! Dr. O'Brien provides all services in a warm and relaxing environment. We provide conscious sedation, blankets, headphones, massage pads, and pre–medications when necessary. The people and families of Lakewood and Tacoma have come to know Dr. O'Brien's office as the place to go for dental care that is individualized for each patient. We get to know each person who comes to visit us, and always take the time to answer any questions you may have.

Our final hero is a longtime Lakewood resident whose commitment to community is exemplified through her leadership. Vanessa Woods serves her neighbors in many ways, including through her role with the Lake City Neighborhood Association, volunteering and serving as a mentor to young women. We are working with the Rachel Lynn Henley Foundation this year.
Rachel was a patient in our office and was diagnosed with sarcoma at age 14 and sadly lost her fight at age 22. Rachel’s dream was to create a foundation to help other pediatric cancer patients in similar circumstances. The Rachel Lynn Henley Foundation was created and is working hard to keep Rachel’s dream alive.
