After 24 years of incredible dedication, President & CEO, Carolyn McDougal Weyrick, has announced she will retire on January 6, 2027.

During her tenure, Carolyn led the organization with an unmatched passion for children's health. She helped shape LDCC into the vital community pillar it is today.

While we will deeply miss her daily presence, the Board of Directors is stepping forward with a thoughtful search process to select the next leader.

Please rest assured that our mission remains in excellent hands. Carolyn leaves behind an utmost professional management team and staff who are fully poised to help our incoming President & CEO lead the organization into a vibrant future. They will continue seamlessly providing accessible, compassionate, and effective dental care to Puget Sound children in need.
