Are you using the right amount of toothpaste? 🦷

When it comes to toothpaste, more isn’t always better! A rice-sized amount for children under 3 and a pea-sized amount for ages 3–6 is all you need. For older kids and adults, a small amount goes a long way!

Save this for your next brush & share it with a parent! 🪥

Your teeth age right along with the rest of you 🦷✨

Some changes are completely normal, but that doesn’t mean they should be ignored. Enamel wear, gum recession, dry mouth, old dental work and small cracks can all change what your smile needs over time.

Regular dental visits help us spot those changes early and adjust your care as your teeth change with you.
