It's Different Here
We have all been to that kind of dental office.
The kind of place where your personal needs and comfort are not the priority. Going to the dentist is not an enticing prospect, and the thought of going to a new one is even less so. Unanswered questions loom large for all of us. How will they respond to my needs? Will it hurt? What will they say about my broken tooth?! These thoughts are enough to make you push a visit even further into the future.
At Skylands Dental Care, we make it our business to be just the opposite. From the moment you walk in, you will know that we are different. Our waiting room is comfortable and welcoming, and so is the person who greets you when you come in the door. We understand that patients aren’t at ease with dentistry, so our goal is to change that. Everything we do is focused to make your dental visit better, and our patients often tell us how much they love coming in to see us.
When you need a dentist, you want one who is willing to take the time to make your visit as comfortable and as gentle as possible. You want one who listens, and lets you do most of the talking. One who takes the time to understand you and your needs. One who understands that the same treatment for the same problem does not work for everyone. That’s exactly the way I’ve built my practice- relaxed, calm, responsive, and incredibly comfortable.
We can all remember a job where we dreaded going in to work. Believe me, dentists, assistants, and hygienists have had them, too. That’s why it’s different at Skylands Dental Care.
All of us here have all worked in that kind of office, and we don’t want to be one, because we want to change the way you feel about dentistry.
