Last week I had the opportunity to meet Jim Kwik at the beyond biohacking conference. I’ve listened to him on countless podcasts over the years, so it was an incredible treat, and fun surprise to finally meet him in person.

One of my favorite takeaways from Limitless is that we’re often not limited by our intelligence—we’re limited by our beliefs, motivation, and methods. Learning how to learn may be one of the most valuable skills we can develop.

A great reminder that growth isn’t about being gifted. It’s about training your mind, staying curious, and improving a little every day.

Giving the Balancer®Pro a try at this year’s biohacking conference. This FDA-cleared compression therapy system is designed to support lymphatic drainage, circulation, and recovery while feeling more like a spa treatment than a wellness device.

Chronic allergies. Constant congestion. Mouth breathing. Most people don’t know there’s a dental consequence. But the good news? It’s identifiable and addressable. Part 3 of the cavity series.

This plate does more for your teeth than most mouthwashes.

Ground turkey, avocado, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, carrots. Every ingredient on here is working for your mouth AND your body.

Protein rebuilds gum tissue. Healthy fats help you absorb the vitamins that protect enamel. Complex carbs keep blood sugar steady so you’re not feeding the bacteria that cause cavities. Colorful veggies calm inflammation. All of it supports a healthier gut, which means a healthier oral microbiome.

Change your plate, change your plaque. 🦷🥑
What’s on your plate tonight?

You’re right, I’m sorry! Here it is copied exactly from the photo:

Ever wonder why cavities show up even when you’re doing everything right? 🤔

It’s not just sugar — it’s the acid.

Every time you sip an acidic drink your mouth’s pH drops and your enamel starts to soften. Do it throughout the day — even with “healthy” drinks like kombucha or those trendy probiotic sodas — and your teeth are under constant attack.

If you’ve been following along you already know what this does to your saliva and your oral microbiome. This is what it looks like in real life.

One simple habit in the meantime:
💧 Rinse with water after acidic drinks
⏱️ Wait 30 min before brushing
🦷 Let your saliva reset your mouth naturally

Save this. 🗒️
