Here's the catch: you don't have to be an experienced orthodontic assistant.

We are willing to TRAIN the right person.

Orthodontics is a highly specialized skill, and becoming truly great at it takes time. Our training can take up to two years, so we're looking for someone who is excited about learning, takes coaching well, learns quickly, and wants to build a long-term career with our practice.
