Sullivan Dental Clinic Sullivan Dental Clinic is a hometown dental practice located in Sullivan, IL specializing in comprehensive dentistry for the entire family.

Our practice places a premium on excellent service, quality care, and patient convenience. We aim to provide our patients with the highest standard of personalized dental care in a comfortable and professional atmosphere. full range of dental services to meet the individual needs and preferences of each patient. From routine cleanings, to complete smile makeovers, we utilize the latest dental techniques to give our patients the most up-to date service. Dr. Havlik moved to Mattoon, IL at the age of 5 with his family and has been a resident since then. He graduated from Mattoon High school in 1973. He received his undergraduate degree from Illinois Wesleyan in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 1980. He joined Dr. Jerry Hastings in practice in 1980 In Mattoon. He now has convenient locations in both Mattoon and Sullivan. Dr. Havlik loves to watch baseball, play racquetball, and play golf. Dr. Havlik is married to Deb and has one son, Dr. Chris Havlik. Dr. Chris Havlik was born and raised in Mattoon, IL. He graduated from Mattoon High School in 2011. He received his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois Edwardsville in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry. He than received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2019. He joined his Dad practicing in 2019 here in Sullivan and at the Mattoon clinic. His hobbies include watching sports, playing golf and boating. Dr. Chris and Megan got married in August 2020. Dr. William Havlik retired from full time practice in April of 2021 and we are happy to have Dr. Chris stepping right in to take care of any and all your dental needs.
