Everyone’s talking about the gut microbiome. Probiotics, fermented foods, fiber — we love all of it. 🌿

But here’s something that often gets left out of that conversation: your gut microbiome’s first stop is your mouth.

Every time you swallow, you’re sending billions of microbes from your oral environment straight down into your digestive system.
