Three habits to save your kiddo's teeth from total disaster, and the third one will make you go ' Wait, what?!' 😂

1. Brush those tiny teeth for 2 whole minutes, morning and night. Don't forget the fluoride toothpaste - a rice-sized smear for the mini-me's under 3, and a pea-sized dab for the big kids.

2. Floss like a boss once a day, wherever those teeth are BFFs.

3. And the game-changer: breathe through your nose, people! Closed lips = moist mouth = superhero saliva saving the day!
