FUN FACT FRIDAY
Donut get us wrong, we love a sweet treat. 🍩
But did you know that the average American
consumes 17 tsp of sugar per day? The recommendation is 6 for women and 9 for men, btw.
When you need to satisfy your sweet tooth, consider a few squares of dark chocolate, some
greek yogurt with berries and honey, or a fresh fruit and veggie smoothie!
Of course, the occasional pastry or slice of cake is totally fine in moderation! But a simple swap
is sometimes just as satisfying AND it’s good for your smile.🙂
