An update to patients re: COVID-19

As of March 17th our office has temporarily closed down in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We have sent emails and texts to patients to help notify of this decision. We had initially targeted April 13th and then May 4th as our “re-open” date but this has changed again to June 1st and may be further postponed as new information develops. We are following recommendations and guidelines set by our local & national governments as well as from dental organizations like the ADA & MDS.

We realize this is inconvenient if you had an appointment scheduled, but the health and well-being of our staff, patients, and community is of paramount importance in this uncertain and unprecedented time.

If you had an appointment, we will reach out to you to reschedule once we have a firm date on re-opening. Please do not email or call our office to try to reschedule at this time. Since we do not know an exact date to resume operations, we cannot accommodate any requests for rescheduling. If you are having a dental emergency during our closure, you may call, text, or email us. We will assess the situation and make our best recommendation.

If you are a prospective patient looking to start care with our office we are not going to be scheduling any new patient appointments until we are certain our staff and schedule can safely and adequately handle this. Our first priority is taking care of our existing patients, especially those who had to have appointments cancelled during this crisis.

These are uncertain and unprecedented times and we thank you for your patience and cooperating with our office and staff.

Stay safe!
