Spring is the season of fresh starts, and itโ€™s a great time to refresh your oral health routine. Just like spring cleaning your home, your smile deserves a little extra attention this time of year!

Start by replacing your toothbrush.๐Ÿชฅ We recommend changing it every three to four months, and the beginning of spring is a perfect reminder. Worn bristles donโ€™t clean teeth as effectively and can allow plaque to build up.
