Kelly Bellinger is one of those rare people.
For 14 years, Kelly has been a cornerstone of this organization—leading, building, encouraging, and showing up day after day with a level of care that simply can’t be taught. She has helped shape not just our operations, but our culture, our standards, and the way we care for one another and for our patients.
If you’ve been part of this team at any point over the years, chances are Kelly has impacted your life in some way—through her leadership, her guidance, her steady presence, or simply her ability to make people feel seen and valued.
Her fingerprints are on so much of what we’ve built together. The growth we’ve experienced, the relationships we’ve formed, the trust we’ve earned in our communities—Kelly has been right there, helping make it all possible.
It’s hard to imagine this place without her, which says everything about what she’s meant to all of us.
