Congenitally missing lateral incisors. Our patient went through Years of orthodontic treatment to make space for implants to replace the missing teeth. Unfortunately the treatment was unsuccessful in uprighting the roots. Moreover ,there was insufficient bone for implant placement. After considering all options , including more ortho, bone grafts and surgery and trying implants in the future, our patient opted for fixed restoration with two bridges to replace the missing laterals . Patience and consistency has given our patient the desired result. Our patient had multiple spaces in her teeth and particularly didn’t like the gap in the midline. She was also suffering from mild - moderate gum disease for many years. Treatment was done for gums and periodontal maintenance therapy to maintain good gum health for over a year followed by Invisalign and vivera retainers.

Full mouth rehabilitation case . This type of Tooth discoloration is caused by exposure to the antibiotic tetracycline or related drugs like doxycycline/minocycline while teeth are developing. These stains are not just on the surface but extend deep into the tooth structure. Therefore, whitening generally doesn’t work for patients with tetracycline teeth. For our patient , the smile was restored with a complex combination of bridges, crowns and veneers resulting in a balanced functional and aesthetic smile .

Ancient volcanic fissure eruption formed the interlocking basalt columns making the Giant’s Causeway. Most of these columns are hexagonal or have 5-7 angles sometimes. According to legend the Causeway was built by a Giant to cross the north channel .

Emergency fractured front tooth . Life happens . In case of a fracture or break or chip or fall involving any damage to your face, definitely see your dentist ASAP. Even if there isn’t any obvious immediate damage . It’s easier to repair things when the damage is small. Do not let it turn into a bigger problem

Upper front teeth were rehabilitated with implants placed by Dr.Kinaia and was restored with a fixed implant supported bridge by Dr.Dhillon . The color variations were matched with the adjacent teeth and function and aesthetics were achieved in collaboration with lab . Sometimes it takes working together for the best interest of the patient
