• True 60-Minute Appointments: Full one-hour blocks for adult prophys and 90 minutes for new patients. No rushed care.
• Single-Column Scheduling: You manage one chair, focusing entirely on one patient at a time. No running between rooms.
• Modern Technology: Work with state-of-the-art tools, including digital scanners and advanced ultrasonic scalers to reduce physical strain and elevate patient care.
• Collaborative Culture: We practice co-diagnosis. Dr. Boyles values your insights and empowers your clinical autonomy.
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
• Premium Pay: $45 - $60+ per hour (dependent on experience).
• Lifestyle Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Enjoy your 3-day weekends!
• Flexible Options: We offer a flexible schedule to help you balance your personal life and professional career.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), 401(k) matching, and a $500 annual Continuing Education (CE) stipend.

• An active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Virginia.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
