Women in Business: Dr. Lindsey Warner
Eleven years after opening her doors in Starkville, Dr. Lindsey Warner still finds tremendous satisfaction in something simple: seeing a patient leave happy.
A dentist, business owner, wife, and mother of two busy girls, Lindsey has built Warner Family Dentistry & Med Spa around a philosophy that brings health, aesthetics and personal attention together.
On September 1, the practice celebrated its 11th anniversary, a milestone that represents more than a decade of caring for people in the place Lindsey and her family call home.
What she enjoys most about her profession is the opportunity to help people stay healthy while also helping them feel beautiful and confident. Just as important is how they feel while they are in her care. Lindsey wants every patient to know they are safe, comfortable, important, and, perhaps most of all, heard.
That philosophy also influences the team she has assembled. Lindsey intentionally surrounds herself with people who share her enthusiasm for helping others and wants her employees to experience the same sense of fulfillment she feels when a patient walks out the door pleased with their care.
When the workday ends, Lindsey quickly trades her professional roles for another favorite one, mom. Much of her free time is spent cheering from the sidelines and audience as her daughters participate in an impressive lineup of activities: soccer, softball, band, basketball, piano, volleyball, robotics and archery.
It is that family-centered season of life that makes Starkville especially meaningful to her. Lindsey loves that college students, retirees, and young families can all find their place here. From the excitement of game days and dinners with friends, to great schools and neighborhoods filled with children, she appreciates the mix of people and
experiences that give the town its character.
Balancing a thriving practice, leadership and family life inevitably brings moments of uncertainty, but Lindsey returns to one belief when worry creeps in or a new challenge feels intimidating: everything is in God’s hands.
After 11 years in business, that faith remains a steady foundation as she continues caring for patients, leading her team, and building a life she loves in Starkville.
