Our office is looking for a Financial/ Treatment Coordinator to join and help our wonderful dental team. We are looking for candidates that will help us provide excellent care to our patients and promote the growth of our practice.

Your duties will include:
-Helping to maintain a productive and efficient schedule,
-Helping to keep the office running smoothly by making sure patients arrive on time for their appointments
- Assisting patients with financial options for treatment and overseeing accounts receivables
- Having the primary responsibility for the insurance billing and collections for the office
-Helping Patients understand recommended treatment, allowing for well informed decisions.
- Overseeing the complete cycle of clinical diagnosis to a patient with a clear financial agreement to pay for treatment
- Assist with patient inquiries, insurance questions, and facilitate with general front office duties
-Assist the Doctor with office management duties

We offer an excellent compensation package that includes, Hourly Pay w/ future Bonus, Medical Insurance, Paid Time Off, Simple IRA with matching, In house dental coverage for yourself and immediate family, help with CE, and a cafeteria plan.

Our office is looking for a Dental Assistant and/ or Dental Front office to join and help our wonderful dental team. We are looking for candidates that will help us provide excellent care to our patients and promote the growth of our practice. We will consider both candidates that want to work full or part time.

This is a great opportunity for a dental assistant that does not mind helping with both direct patient care and front office tasks, and wants to take on a office coordinator role now or over time. This person should have knowledge of dental insurance, financial and treatment coordination or a desire to learn about these things.

This is a great opportunity for a dental assistant that is looking to pick up extra work or just wants to work part time.

This is a great opportunity for someone that that has worked in dental front office and has experience or wants to learn about dental insurance, treatment, and financial coordination.

All candidates should have a basic knowledge of dental charting software. The software our office uses is Open Dental.
