Monday Nov 18th, 2024

Due to an Astound phone outage in Washington state, many of our patients have not been able to reach us this morning. Multiple reports of the outage are being reported thru Island, Skagit and Snohomish counties. We do not have a known time for repair. We are able to make phone calls out, however not all phone calls are making it to us. We can be alternatively be reached via email: [email protected], and via your text reminder program with us if you have an upcoming appointment.

A reminder for our patients:

During significant weather events and storms, we will always do our best to reach you about any schedule changes and your appointments. Usually this is done from our personal cell phones when the power is out at the office, for example.

Please check all voice messages that are left for you incase we call. We are hearing from patients (thru out the year) that “I don’t check my messages”. Well, how can we notify you if you do not answer your phone or do not check your messages ?

We also post signs on the door during closures and why we are closed.

WE HAVE LAST MINUTE CLEANING APPTS AVAILABLE!

There are a couple left THIS week, and several on a day we just re-opened up for hygiene: June 19th, thanks to staff becoming available ! Are you overdue ? Did you not schedule the last time you were in ? Now is a great time to call and try to fill one of these rare openings.

Please call 360-629-2148 to schedule. These are for established patients only at this time. Once times are filled they are filled. You must call us directly to confirm day/time of appt. Messages are not monitored at all times. Thank you !

We have a very rare hygienist opening at our office ! If you, or any of our amazing followers on social media, know of a hygienist looking for a fantastic opportunity to work in the Stanwood community, please have them reach out to us.

We are a very busy practice with active re-care patients scheduled 6 months in advance. Our hygienists will not be asked to see more than one patient per hour. We use Eaglesoft software, digital x-rays, digital scanner, and digital photography. This is a great opportunity to work in one of the most highly regarded dental practices in the area. We are an environment where you will be rewarded for your strong work ethic, good time management and excellent communication skills with both patients and co-workers. We want our staff to be passionate in educating our patients and helping them improve their oral health.

If you are a patient of record with our office and having a true dental emergency during this closed timeframe, please call the following offices that coordinate with the dates you are in need of care, as they will be assisting us during our time away.

**Please note, if the date is not listed below, it is the regular days off for all offices. If you need care, please seek treatment at urgent care, or another dental office open on those un-listed days.
