FEBRUARY IS NATIONAL CHILDRENS DENTAL HYGIENE MONTH! 🦷👧🏽🧒🏼👶🏽👦🏻

Even though we are a little late informing you guys about the significance of such a great month, we still have plenty time to educate you on tools to help maintain that perfect smile! 😁

- Brush 2 times a day for 2 minutes with a fluoride toothpaste 🪥
- Clean BETWEEN teeth with dental floss! It is so important to remove all the yucky gunk & food that may get stuck in between our teeth throughout the day that our toothbrush can’t reach!
- Avoid sugary foods including soda & juices 🥤 try & opt for water instead 🚰
- Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet with limited snacks 🍎🥦🥗
- Visit your dentist REGULARLY (every 6 months) Here at Hello Dental we take pride in making sure you have the best & healthiest smile ever! It’s great to come see us once in a while to make sure everything looks great! Having good oral health is a super important part of overall health 😉
