At 22 years old, everything had technically already been “fixed" but something still felt off.

This patient was born missing her upper lateral incisors, and her premolars had been restored with implant crowns. Her front teeth had also been bonded over time, but the shape, staining, and proportions no longer felt natural or fit her smile.

Originally, the plan was to redo just the front six teeth. But when you leave surrounding teeth untouched, you lose control of the overall aesthetics. Color, shape, and proportions all work together. We could have patched pieces of the smile, or we could take control of the entire picture.
