Most people spend a third of their lives in bed, and if all goes well they sleep through most of it but unless they participate in a sleep study they really do not know what is happening physically while they sleep. Home sleep tests are awesome and will let you know if you have poor quality sleep. Ask your primary care doc or sleep physician they can help!
