Meet Cate – Insurance Coordinator

Cate serves as the Insurance Coordinator at Sunset Tower Family Dentistry, bringing 25 years of experience in the dental industry and a genuine passion for helping patients navigate their dental care with confidence. Growing up in the dental field under the guidance of her father, a dentist, Cate developed an appreciation for dentistry at an early age and a lifelong commitment to caring for others.

With extensive knowledge of dental insurance and finances, Cate enjoys making the insurance and financial aspects of treatment easier to understand. She takes pride in helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident about their care.

Outside of the office, Cate enjoys spending time with her husband, their four children, and nine grandchildren. Their busy household also includes five dogs! In her free time, Cate loves gardening, knitting, and spending relaxing summer days on the river with her family.

Meet Carla, Patient Coordinator

Carla is the Patient Coordinator at Sunset Tower Family Dentistry and is often one of the first friendly faces patients see when they walk through our doors. She enjoys getting to know each patient and takes pride in helping create a welcoming, comfortable, and positive experience from the moment they arrive.

Carla plays an important role in helping our office run smoothly, assisting patients with scheduling, questions, treatment coordination, and making sure they feel informed and cared for throughout their visit. Her friendly personality and genuine desire to help others make her a wonderful addition to our team.

Outside of the office, Carla loves spending time with her son, Timmy, and making special memories together. She also enjoys a good cup of coffee and spending weekends camping with her family. She loves being outdoors, relaxing around the campfire, and enjoying quality time with the people she loves most.

Meet Susan, Patient Coordinator

Susan is a valued member of the Sunset Tower Family Dentistry team, serving as our Patient Coordinator. Born and raised in St. Louis, Susan has deep roots in the community and enjoys helping create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient who visits our office.

Susan has been married to her husband for more than 36 years, and together they share their home with their four beloved fur babies. They have a grown son and three amazing grandchildren, two teenage grandsons and a beautiful granddaughter, who hold a very special place in Susan’s heart.

As our Patient Coordinator, Susan enjoys connecting with patients, assisting with their needs, and helping make each visit a positive experience. She takes pride in getting to know our patients and being a friendly, familiar face they can count on when they visit our office.

When she’s not at work, Susan loves spending time with her grandchildren and making memories together. Some of their favorite activities include visiting Six Flags, exploring the St. Louis Zoo, and spending time at Grant’s Farm.

Susan’s warmth, dedication, and love for people make her a wonderful part of the Sunset Tower Family Dentistry team, and we are grateful to have her caring personality at the heart of our front office.
