South County Complete Dental Care Our mission is to provide families with quality, comprehensive dental care . Dr. Fetsch has been serving the St. Louis area for over 20 years.

Our dental office hosts a friendly and compassionate staff that is committed to giving you individualized dental care for the whole family. Our professional staff are experienced and qualified professionals in the dental field. He has his fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. He earned his fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry after completing over 500 hours of continuing education and passing his fellowship exam. Dr. John McCarthy grew up in St. Louis and is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the American Dental Association. We value the importance of remaining up to date with the latest advances in dentistry and patient care. Our office provides care in general dentistry along with dental implants, Full Mouth Implant prosthesis, sedation dentistry and Invisalign.

❌ Myth: dental X-rays are bad for your health.
✅ Reality: today's digital X-rays use a very small amount of radiation, far less than the film X-rays you might remember, and we only take them when there's a reason to.

They're how we find decay, bone loss and infection long before any of it starts to hurt. Our team would much rather catch something small now than something bigger later.
