We’re always looking for ways to make your experience in our office more efficient, comfortable, and convenient—and that means staying up to date with the latest technology in dentistry.

One of our newest additions is our 3D printer, and we’re just getting started with everything it can do! From creating custom mouthguards right here in our office to so many other applications we’re continuing to explore, this technology opens up a whole new world of possibilities.

This one is extra special. Meet Julie, our incredible Office Manager, who will be celebrating 15 years with Wolken Family Dental this February!

Julie started her journey with us as an assistant, working alongside Dr. Steve Wolken, before eventually finding the role that fits her perfectly—Office Manager. She loves being behind the scenes, keeping things moving, solving the little details, and making sure everything runs smoothly for our patients and our team.

But what Julie loves most about being here is the people. Over the years, she’s built genuine relationships with so many of our patients and has had the joy of watching some of them grow up right before her eyes. She also has so much love for our doctors and team and the care they put into making every patient feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for.

Fifteen years is a pretty incredible milestone, and we’re so grateful for everything Julie brings to Wolken Family Dental every single day. We couldn’t imagine our office without her!

Sometimes the most beautiful transformations are the ones you can’t immediately identify.

For this smile enhancement, we used composite bonding on the front tooth with careful layering and shaping to create a result that feels completely natural. Our patient wanted to enhance their smile without anything looking overly done or standing out—and that subtlety was at the heart of the treatment.

By thoughtfully layering the composite and mimicking the natural variations in the tooth, we were able to create a seamless result that blends beautifully with the surrounding teeth.

The goal isn’t always to make a smile look different. Sometimes, it’s simply to make it look like the best version of itself.
