She came in because one veneer had cracked. The plan was simple - replace what broke.
But she’d had those 6 veneers for years and had never fully loved them. They sat a little ahead of her natural teeth, so they always read as separate from the rest of her smile, and there was a dark shadow at the corners where the veneers ended and her own teeth picked up.
So instead of replacing 6, we did 10. Two more on each side. That sounds like a small change and it isn’t - it’s what lets the smile follow the curve of her arch all the way back, fills out the corners, and takes that shadow away.
Her favorite part isn’t how it looks, though. It’s that her bite feels more stable, and nothing sticks out ahead of anything anymore 🤍
