🌿 World Mental Health Day 🌿

Your mental health matters . Not just today, but every day.

Be gentle with yourself. You don’t have to have everything figured out, and you don’t have to be strong all the time. It’s okay to pause, rest, set boundaries, ask for help, and take things one day at a time.

💛 Talk to someone you trust.
💛 Give yourself permission to rest.
💛 Celebrate small victories.
💛 Protect your peace.
💛 Remember that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

You never know what someone else may be carrying, so choose kindness whenever you can.

And if today feels heavy, remember: a difficult day is not a difficult life. Better days can come. 🌻

Take care of your mind. Take care of your heart. And most importantly, remember that you matter.

It’s brew-tiful when the doctors treat the staff to Starbucks!
