Nasson Health Care (NHC) is a community-based health center with locations in Springvale and Biddeford, Maine. Our highly-qualified medical, dental and behavioral health providers are dedicated to providing our patients with a professional and compassionate healthcare experience. As a patient of NHC, your relationship with your Primary Care Provider (PCP) is central. Our team-based approach ensure

s that our patients receive well-coordinated care to address the complete health and wellness picture. We invite you to become a primary care patient with us and have access to the comprehensive range of services we offer under one roof. We are accepting new patients and take all forms of insurance and offer same-day or next-day appointments for all services and have lab facilities on-site. We have two locations:

Biddeford Center

Springvale Center

We would like to welcome Heather Cabral, a fourth-year dental student extern from the University of New England College of Dental Medicine. Nasson is proud to be a preceptor partner for this critical program as it enables emerging dental providers to gain valuable experience while offering much-needed oral care to our patients. Heather recently joined our dental team and will provide care to our patients this Summer. Upon graduation, she wants to practice at a Federally Qualified Health Center in the New Bedford, Massachusetts region where she lives with her family.

Remember to:

✅ Wear light-colored clothing to spot ticks easily.
✅ Check your pets, too.

One way to celebrate Earth Day each day of the year is to buy local food whenever possible. Locally grown food is fresher and often of higher quality. Additionally, eating locally grown foods also reduces emissions from transport, production, and land-use change. In addition to buying locally grown food in our grocery stores, once the weather warms up, regional farmers' markets will provide wonderful opportunities to purchase foods directly from local farms.
