This question seems to bubble up a lot.
Seltzer isn't necessarily bad for your teeth, but it’s also not as harmless as plain water. The carbonation makes it slightly acidic, which can slowly weaken enamel if you sip it throughout the day.

That doesn’t mean you need to stop drinking it. It just means a few simple habits can help protect your smile. Try enjoying seltzer with meals instead of continuously sipping, use a straw when you can, and follow it with plain water to help neutralize the acidity. It’s also best to wait about 20–30 minutes before brushing, since enamel can be softer right after exposure to acids.

If you’re starting Invisalign®, you might notice a slight change in your speech at first, sometimes even a small lisp. This happens because the aligners create a thin barrier over your teeth, and your tongue needs a little time to adjust. The good news is that it’s temporary! Most people adapt within just a few days to a week. Practicing speaking out loud, reading to yourself, and staying hydrated can help speed things up.

In some cases, Invisalign® can actually improve speech over time by correcting misaligned teeth that once caused difficulties.
