🦷 What does it mean if a tooth is "impacted"?

An impacted tooth is one that cannot erupt properly because it's blocked by bone, gum tissue, or another tooth. This commonly happens with wisdom teeth, but it can also affect other permanent teeth.

Early evaluation can help prevent future complications.

If you've been referred to an oral surgeon, we're here to help guide you through every step of the process.
