Parkcrest Dental Group’s pediatric dentist, Dr. Stuart Scott, was recently honored to travel to Columbia and present on the process of career decision-making to the Tri Beta Biology Honor Society at the University of Missouri Mizzou!
We believe that caring about the future of dental healthcare means investing in the next generation of professionals as they explore different career paths. Opportunities like this allow us to share knowledge, encourage curiosity, and inspire students to pursue excellence as they consider how they might shape the future of the medical profession as a whole and potentially - the dental field specifically.

Aaliyah has been helping our team as a Hygiene Assistant for about 4 months!

She says the best part of her job is knowing she can make a difference helping our patients and team, learning more about the dental field and building strong relationships along the way!

For many years, Parkcrest Dental has been a proud supporter as the Official Dental Partner of MSU Athletics at Missouri State University! We love cheering on the many talented student athletes who represent our community - both on and off the field.

We encourage you to take our own dental assistant (Kylie's) example and grab your maroon gear, get out there, and keep supporting all of our MSU teams this year! We’ll be cheering "Go-Bears" right along with you! 🐻

Parkcrest Orthodontics "Ortho Quick Fit Kits" are making their way around the community!
Our orthodontics team has been delivering these kits to many local schools, to help with minor orthodontic “emergencies” that can happen during the school day. From extra wax for a poking wire or sore spot, to flossers and threaders for tricky food stuck in braces, and even pre-pasted toothbrushes - we’re helping schools keep students comfortable and their smiles on track! 😁
A big THANK YOU to the schools welcoming us this year! On this particular day we made stops at: Republic Middle School, Miller R-II Schools, Aurora R-8 School District, Monett Schools and Clever R-V School.

October is Dental Hygiene Month!
We want to give a shout-out to our fantastic team of dental hygienists and hygiene assistants who do so much more for our community than clean teeth!
Every day, they’re focused on our patients’ oral and systemic health, providing comfortable, informed care and always looking out for what’s best for each individual patient. And along the way, they also build relationships with our fantastic patients, making them feel comfortable and becoming a trusted partner in their dental care.

We’re grateful for all the knowledge, compassion and fun they bring to our team - and for the important role they play in caring for our patients and our community. ❤️ Happy Dental Hygiene Month to our amazing hygiene team!

Our Parkcrest Orthodontics team is continuing our mission to help local school nurses handle those little orthodontic “uh-ohs” that can happen during the school day! Ortho team member, Andrea, recently stopped by Pleasant Hope R-VI School District to deliver one of our Ortho Quick Fit Kits - giving their school nurse a free resource of handy supplies to help students with minor braces issues without missing class or needing parents to make an extra trip to bring supplies.

Food stuck in braces: Flossers & threaders are on hand!
Need a quick brush: We can help with that too!
