3D scanning and CAD has allowed for more predictable treatment planning and tooth design than ever.
This is a case Drs Mike and Paul joined forces on. Top jaw is getting a combo of implants and crown/bridge on existing teeth to restore upper arch.
The purplish teeth are the temps the pt is wearing while healing. The white teeth are the final design, allowing for the patients cosmetics desires while drs design predictable bite and forces long term. Strong long term temp materials like milled pmma aid in these treatments.
With a predictable bite and design, single implants are healing on upper left and lower right for molar restorations and long term bite support.
