As a reminder, effective today, July 1, our office is officially out of network with Cigna Dental.

You should have received a letter in the mail from our office earlier this year notifying you of this upcoming change.

We appreciate your understanding and want to reassure you that you can still be a patient and receive treatment at our office!

We are happy to continue filing your dental claims on your behalf to help maximize your benefits.

If you have any questions or would like us to submit a pre-determination, please give our office a call. Keep in mind that pre-determinations can take up to 4 weeks to receive back, so this would need to be done before your scheduled appointment. Our team is always happy to help make your dental care as smooth as possible.
