Good dental hygiene isn’t just about a bright smile. It’s essential for your whole body health. Gum disease and poor oral care have been linked to heart disease, diabetes, and other health-related concerns. The best way to stay on track?

☑️ Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste
☑️ Floss daily
☑️ Schedule six-month exams and cleanings
☑️ Maintain a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle!

The end of the year will be here before you know it. If you have unused dental insurance benefits, now is the perfect time to schedule your appointment before the end of the year!

Most dental insurance benefits will reset on January 1st. Unused benefits typically do not roll over. Don’t wait until the busy holiday season to take care of your smile!

We are back in the office this week!!

Our team spent a full two days last week at the Mid-Continent Dental Congress in St. Louis. We went in with clear focus and determination to further our education and knowledge to better serve our community and patients. This CE trip also helped strengthen our bond as a team! A nice way to end the week knowing that our cups were filled!
