📣 Meet Jackie – The Heart of Our Front Desk! 🦷💻

With 20 years of experience in the dental field, Jackie knows her way around both the operatory and the front desk! After spending most of her career assisting chairside, she’s been greeting patients and keeping our front office running smoothly for the past two years.

Outside the office, Jackie’s world revolves around her wonderful family — her husband of 27 years, their two beautiful daughters, an adorable grandson, and two lovable dog children. 🐾💕

Her warm smile and wealth of experience help set the tone for every visit — we’re so lucky to have her as the first face you see!

Kari has been helping patients smile brighter for over 20 years! A proud graduate of Lewis and Clark Community College, she brings a wealth of experience and a gentle touch to every visit.

Outside the office, Kari stays busy with her son, who loves sports and video games 🎮⚽—and their three dogs who keep life exciting (they’d rescue more if they could! 🐶❤️).

Whether she’s exploring the outdoors, gardening, or traveling with her family, Kari brings warmth and passion into everything she does. We’re so lucky to have her on our team!

With a calm presence and caring hands, Alexis is dedicated to making every visit comfortable from start to finish. From helping during procedures to keeping patients at ease, she is a vital part of our smile team! 😁💙

Alexis is a Springfield native. She became a Dental assistant in 2017 & worked simultaneously with Dr. Crawford. She continued her education & Graduated from Illinois Central College with her Dental Hygiene Degree. Alexis has been with Crawford Family Dental for 2 years. In her spare time you can find her doing CrossFit, walking the park & planning her soon to be wedding!
