"They were all so incredibly sweet and genuine! The front desk lady (I really wish I remembered her name — she’s tall and I think blonde!) was especially amazing. She was so kind, had the best vibes, and honestly seemed like someone I’d be friends with lol!

I turn 26 in a couple days and completely procrastinated both my dental appointment and getting my wisdom teeth out. She helped me so much during the crunch before my insurance ended and even went out of her way to help with my oral surgery referral. We had a few laughs about my procrastination and the fact that I was trying to get everything done right before my insurance ended 😂

She even remembered details about my employer and immediately knew they offered Delta Dental. Like ma’am, how did you remember that so quickly?! 😂 She clearly knows her stuff.

The hygienists were also wonderful. After my X-rays, one of them even offered to put my necklace back on for me, which was such a thoughtful little gesture. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so calm and sweet and made me feel completely comfortable. The dentist was also kind, attentive, and explained everything so well.

As someone who works in healthcare, I know how draining it can be, and unfortunately not every place has this kind of genuine care. That’s what made this experience so refreshing and actually made me want to take the time to leave a review. It’s rare to find healthcare providers who treat you like an actual person, remember the little things, and genuinely care. This team absolutely did. ❤️"
