Dr. Moran, Brenda, Shannon and Evelyn traveled to Conway last week to volunteer at the Arkansas Mission of Mercy (ArMOM) free dental clinic. This two-day clinic saw over 1,000 patients and delivered millions in services. The Dentistry of the Ozarks team got lots of "thank yous" and thumbs up👍 during their service.

Lizeth, who goes by “Liz”, has been a dental assistant for four years. She is a Springdale native and graduate of Har-Ber High School. Currently, she is wedding planning after getting engaged on the beach in Mexico while mariachi musicians played and fireworks lit up the sky. Her December wedding will be a three-day family celebration in Guerrero, Mexico. When not wedding planning, she enjoys spending time with her three nieces and nephew, often taking the children on fun outings to area playgrounds, Fast Lanes and Chuck E. Cheese. Her favorite part of dentistry is helping patients feel confident about their smiles. A highlight of her career was when one of her patients made a crochet blanket for her.

Growing up in California, Liza cheered on the San Francisco 49ers. Now a Bella Vista resident, her home is bustling with her four children, husband and four dogs, including a mini Labradoodle, a Corgi, a Golden Retriever and an Alaskan Malamute. In her free time, she enjoys snacking on Casey’s Cinnamon Bears while listening to science fiction audio books, of which the Twilight series is her favorite. Her bucket list vacation is to the cobblestone streets of Dublin with a stop in the Scottish Highlands city of Inverness. On a Friday night, you will find her ordering pizza in or eating at El Pueblito with her family. Welcome to the team, Liza!
