Great information below! Thank you to all our service workers this weekend. We would be lost without you! 🙏🏼
We are already receiving a high call volume related to this weekend's winter weather. Here is a quick rundown of who you can contact for specific situations.
EMERGENCIES: If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911. The Spring Hill Police Department and Spring Hill Fire Department will be operating throughout this winter weather event, as always.
ELECTRICAL/POWER OUTAGES: The City of Spring Hill is not your electric provider. The City is serviced by Middle Tennessee Electric, CPWS, and Duck River Electric. Please refer to your individual provider for any electrical questions or needs.
ROAD CONDITIONS: The City of Spring Hill snowplows do not clear subdivisions. Do not call City Hall with road clearing requests. The plows will strictly stick to the Snow Routes: https://ow.ly/W9sL50Y1Qv9

POTHOLES: Any roadway damage/potholes can be reported through the Citizen Portal online: https://ow.ly/UUpu50Y1Qva
TRASH: Any delays in trash/recycling pickups will be communicated to you through City of Spring Hill channels.
