This patient came in and was told he couldn’t have upper implants placed because his bone was deficient. He hated his upper denture and wanted a better solution. Thanks to Zygomatic and Pterygoid implants, I was able to transform his terrible dentures into a screw in digitally designed full arch bridge. Using 3d facial scanning we were able to create the perfect smile for this amazing gentleman. Surgery was completed in about two hours under I.V. sedation and came back to office 24 hours later for his 3d printed smile. We will let tissue and implants heal for 4 months and complete treatment with a super strong Zirconia bridge.
