Did you know your oral health is linked to your overall health?

- Ways to protect your oral health include:
- Brush your teeth twice per day for two minutes each time. Brush your tongue, too.
- Floss daily (preferably before you brush), or use a water flosser or other products made for that purpose.
- Limit sugary foods and drinks. Drink water.
- Replace your toothbrush every 3 to 4 months, or sooner if bristles are worn.
- See a dentist twice per year for checkups and cleanings.
- To***co is a no-no, and va**ng can also cause issues.
