Crunch into fall! 🍂🦷 As apple picking, pumpkin-flavored goodies, and cozy autumn snacks fill up the kitchen, keeping those growing smiles healthy is the top priority. Whole fruits like crisp apples and crunchy carrots act as natural toothbrushes, helping scrub away food particles between meals, while sticky treats like caramel and dried fruit tend to cling to tooth enamel. ✨

What’s your child’s go-to healthy fall snack? Drop it in the comments below!
