Dental treatment is customized to ensure that the needs of each patient are met. We’re thrilled to introduce Sophie, our new AI team member! 🤖💬

Sophie is here to make things easier for you — she can help schedule or cancel appointments and answer most common questions. She’s starting out with after-hours calls for now, but once she’s learned the ropes, she’ll be jumping in to help during the day too!

Don’t worry, if you’d rather speak with one of us humans (we totally get it 😄), just ask Sophie to transfer you to the office and she’ll connect you right away.

Rest assured, Megan, Liz, and Kylee are still right here in the office, ready to personally serve you and make your visit a great one! 👩‍💻
