Nine years ago, she stepped into our office at Spirit Lake Family Dental with a deep desire to help. Over the years, that office became more than a workplace—it became a second home. She watched teams grow, patients smile with confidence, systems improve, and challenges turn into lessons. Managing a dental office taught her patience, resilience, empathy, leadership, and the power of showing up every single day for people who count on you.

Now, she's stepping into a new chapter—transitioning into consulting and community volunteer work. It feels both bittersweet and exciting. She's carrying forward everything these nine years taught her, with the goal of supporting practices, empowering teams, and giving back to the community in a more intentional way.

We are incredibly grateful for the memories, coworkers, patients, and friends who shaped this journey. Change can be scary, but it’s also a beautiful reminder that growth never really stops. Here’s to honoring where you’ve been, and embracing where you’re meant to go next. Thank you Renee! ❤️
