A lot has changed since October 2009… but one thing that’s been a constant around our office is Anna McCarty! 🦷

Let’s take a little trip down memory lane. Here are a few things that happened in 2009… besides Anna starting her journey with us!

📱 The iPhone 3GS was released.
🎬 Avatar became the highest-grossing movie of the year.
🎶 Taylor Swift was singing “You Belong with Me,” and Miley Cyrus was still Hannah Montana!
🍿 The Blind Side, The Hangover, and Up were entertaining us at the movies.
💻 Facebook was still relatively new, and we were all figuring out this social media thing!
⛽ Gas averaged around $2.35 a gallon in the U.S.
🎉 And in October 2009, we gained an amazing dental hygienist who would become such an important part of our team!

Fast forward 17 years, and Anna is still helping us create healthy, happy smiles and making a difference in the lives of our patients every day! ❤️

Happy National Mean Girls Day!✨️🦷

🦷💗 HAPPY OFFICE MANAGER MONTH!💗🦷

Every dental office has a heartbeat… and ours is our office manager!

She somehow manages to keep all of us in line, keep the schedule moving, solve problems before we even know they exist, celebrate our wins, calm the chaos, and make sure this place doesn’t completely fall apart when the coffee runs out. 😂☕️

She wears approximately 47 hats a day—boss, therapist, problem solver, cheerleader, referee, schedule wizard, and occasional babysitter for a bunch of dental professionals who should probably know how to behave by now.

She celebrates us when we succeed, picks us up when we have a rough day, keeps us accountable when we need it (even when we don’t want to be 😏), and somehow keeps this crazy dental family running smoothly.

We truly couldn’t do what we do without you. ❤️

So today, we’re celebrating the woman who keeps the coffee in the pot, the instruments sterilized, the schedule moving, and the dental team mostly out of trouble. 😂🦷

Thank you for loving us, putting up with us, and making this office a better place every single day. We appreciate you more than you know! 💕

Today, we had a wonderful bridal lunch celebrating our hygienist, Aylin! 💕 And Naturally, since it is National Coffee Day, we had to celebrate over coffee at Medlar Coffee Co.
