Clenching and grinding are most common at night while we’re sleeping. You may feel relaxed while you sleep, but your mind can still be processing the day.

Nocturnal bruxism is more common than you might think. Signs to look for include:
• Waking up with a sore jaw
• Headaches in the morning
• Sore teeth in the morning
• Generalized wear on your teeth

One solution is wearing a night guard. You can find one in the pharmacy section of your local store or have a custom night guard made to fit you.
