Today we’re giving a BIG shoutout to the woman who helps keep everything (and everyone 😅) running smoothly — our amazing Office Manager, **Alesha!**

Alesha wears about a million hats on any given day. She supports our team, solves problems before most of us even know they exist, keeps us organized, jumps in wherever she’s needed, and somehow manages to keep all the moving pieces moving in the right direction.

Being an office manager isn’t always an easy job, but Alesha leads with patience, dedication, and a genuine heart for both our team and our patients. So much of what she does happens behind the scenes, but the impact she makes is felt throughout our entire office every single day.

Our patients know Dr. Lee as the dentist who takes the time to listen, makes people feel comfortable, and genuinely cares about giving them a reason to smile. But those of us lucky enough to work alongside him get to see another side of him too.

He’s not just an incredible dentist and the owner of Pacific NW Dental Center and Spanaway Children's Dentistry—he’s an amazing boss, mentor, and leader. He leads by example, supports his team, works right alongside us, makes us laugh, and has created a workplace that truly feels like a family.
