Dr. Rami Elrefai earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy (UDM) School of Dentistry. After practicing for two years, he enrolled in the prosthodontics program at The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. Dr. Elrefai also completed the American Academy of Implant Dentistry AAID Maxicourse for comprehensive training in Implant Dentistry. Dr. Elrefai

is a member of multiple professional organizations, as well as a published author and presenter. He has lectured about esthetic dentistry, digital smile design, fixed implant prosthodontics for the edentulous patient. Dr. Elrefai is dedicated to his patients and looks forward to creating, designing, and customizing their ideal smiles.

I would like to share this case of amazing young girl with an indomitable spirit who had never known the simple pleasure of a carefree smile.

Her life had been marked by the challenges of dental issues, which not only affected her self-esteem but also her overall well-being. Her radiant personality was overshadowed by her inability to express herself with a joyful smile.

She received five upper dental implants and four lower dental implants . These implants not only gave her the gift of a new smile but also the freedom to enjoy life to the fullest.

The transformation was nothing short of miraculous, as her face lit up with the sparkle of newfound confidence and happiness.

Implants are not the solution for every challenging case. This is an example of it. Patient came in with a failing anterior implant that left the patient emotionally and esthetically frustrated.
