Meet Shannon! 👋🦷

Shannon has been a dental assistant for more than a year and is a wonderful addition to the Cedar Brook Pediatric Dentistry family. She has a passion for helping patients improve their smiles and making their overall dental experience a positive one. Shannon also hopes to return to school to pursue her dream of becoming a pediatric dental hygienist. ✨

A few fun facts about Shannon: she absolutely adores her three cats at home. 🐱🐱🐱 She loves the arts—whether it’s painting or singing—and she also really enjoys baking sweet treats. 🎨🎶🍰

Shannon looks forward to meeting many new smiles and helping each patient have a great experience at the office! 😊

Spent the weekend stepping away from the operatory and into the lecture room as a guest lecturer, sharing what years in pediatric dentistry have taught me about dental trauma and treating young patients. 👩‍🏫

Dentistry gives us the science and the tools—but experience is what teaches us how to use them well. 🎨 It was a privilege to exchange ideas with colleagues and talk through real cases, decision-making, and the nuances that textbooks can’t fully capture. 🧠🧐

Grateful for the opportunity to to contribute to our profession and to keep learning alongside such thoughtful clinicians.
