Yes, dentists eat fried chicken too 🍗😁 (we just floss after.)

Huge thank you to our neighbors at Jollibee for walking across the street and bringing lunch to the whole Dela Rama Dental Care team! Honestly, some of the best fried chicken out there, and we’re not just saying that because they fed us. Their ChickenJoy is the real deal. ❤️🐝

This is what we love about South San Francisco. Local businesses spreading joy, one bucket of chicken at a time. If you haven’t been, they’re right across the street from us. Grab a bucket, then come see us for your cleaning. We won’t judge. Just make sure you save a drumstick for Dr. Andrew 😉

Salamat po, Jollibee! 🇵🇭

Super excited to oversee treatment for San Francisco wide receiver Daejon Love! Thought it was a little weird he showed up with in full practice gear with his helmet on…

One of the best parts of my job is watching my patients grow up. ❤️ It’s truly special to be part of their journey through the years.

🦷 Dental Tip Thursday 🦷

Sipping sugary drinks throughout the day means longer exposure to sugar and acid, increasing your risk of cavities. 😬

Pro-tip: Use a straw when possible and rinse with water after: Small habits help protect your smile! 💙

📞 Due for a cleaning or need a filling? Schedule your appointment today by calling 650.878.0651.

Meet the founder of Dela Rama Dental. 💙

In 1983, Dr. Bonita “Dr. Bing” Dela Rama opened her practice in Daly City with one simple goal, to care for every patient like family. Her kindness, gentle touch, and welcoming spirit left a lasting impression on generations of patients.

After more than 40 years of serving the community, Dr. Bing retired in 2023. Today, she enjoys reading, traveling, baking, and occasionally stopping by the office with homemade treats.

Her legacy of compassionate care continues to inspire us every day.

Thank you Dr. Bing! 🙏🏽

📚✏️ Back-to-school season is just around the corner!

Before the busy school year begins, make sure your child's smile is ready, too. A quick dental checkup can help catch small issues before they become bigger problems and help avoid unexpected missed school days.

We have a few back-to-school appointment slots still available.

Give us a call at (650) 878-0651 to schedule your visit before they're gone!

Brushing harder doesn’t mean your teeth get cleaner. A gentle touch goes a long way. Use small, circular motions with a soft-bristled toothbrush to help remove plaque while being kind to your gums.

If you’re due for a new toothbrush, consider switching to an electric one. It does most of the work for you and can make it easier to brush the right way.

Your gums will thank you. 😄
