The Truth About Charcoal Toothpaste 🖤

Charcoal toothpaste may make your teeth look cleaner at first, but it’s not always the safest choice for everyday whitening.

Here’s the truth:
✔️ It can help remove some surface stains
✔️ It creates a polished appearance

But…Many charcoal toothpastes are highly abrasive and overuse may wear down enamel over time. It won’t permanently whiten teeth or give you the benefits of fluoride depending on the product you use.

Once enamel wears away, it doesn’t grow back. If you want a brighter smile safely, professional whitening or dentist-approved products are usually a better option.
