Czarina Al Baloy, DDS, MHPE general dentist . educator . researcher Dr. Baloy has an accomplished career in both clinical practice and university-level teaching.

She is currently a reviewer for the Journal of Dental Education and an AEGD resident at the Florida Institute for Advance Dental Education. Her current affiliations include the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Education Association, and Community Smiles. She has published and edited manuscripts on dental education, c

linical teaching, critical thinking, dental curriculum planning and evaluation. She has authored interactive learning aids and an experienced resource speaker in the Philippines for 3M and GC Asia.

Back in 2000, I was accepted in Dental School. It was going to be a long journey and my sister gave me a wooden sign with my name after the word “doc” to inspire me to achieve my DDS. 20 years later, licensed in 2 countries and 2 states, from dental student to dental director - I still hang it over my name plate from my residency to remind me where it all started. Miss you thank you for believing in me.
