Daylight Saving Time not only disrupts your body’s natural rhythms and sleep cycle, but your overall quality of sleep as well.

In the week following Daylight Saving Time, many people will wake during the night, rise earlier than normal or have trouble falling asleep. This results in poor quality of sleep for up to seven days!

How to combat this? Try to expose yourself to sunlight early in the day. Added bonus if you go outside and get some exercise at the same time!
